BlackPoint Defense is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for the oversight of the Corporation’s strategy, leadership, and long-term stewardship on behalf of its stockholders.
The Board appoints and evaluates the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and approves compensation for senior executive leadership. All other management appointments are made by the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team in accordance with established governance practices.
In addition, the Board approves the Corporation’s annual budget, capital allocation, shareholder dividend policy, overall corporate strategy, and provides oversight of enterprise risk, compliance, and performance.
The individuals listed on this page represent BlackPoint Defense’s senior executive leadership and Board members and do not reflect the full operational team. The Board also includes advisors and non-voting participants who contribute subject-matter expertise, institutional insight, and strategic counsel.
The Board of Directors believes that its primary responsibility is to provide effective governance over the Corporation’s affairs for the benefit of its stockholders.
